Our Regular Pool Service Plan is lower cost, but a few of the tasks are moved to the "Our Duties" side of the chart below. Signup for this Complete Plan to have one of our Estero pool service techs visit your pool on a regular basis to complete the list of duties below.

Our Duties

We check your pool equipment.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We brush your pool (tiles, walls, steps).

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We vacuum your pool.

We net your pool.

We test your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in ideal condition.

We verify your pool cleaner function.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

Your Duties

Report any findings of swimming pool issues.

Maintain adequate water level.

Keep the pool equipment active and operating approving repairs when necessary.

Notes

Monthly service fee is based on a 4 week month.

Stabilizer treatments required.

There could be extra startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are mandatory for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to remove phosphates, perform a filter cleaning with acid and boost the stabilizer. We charge $69 quarterly for most stabilizer package services for those on a weekly plan.
